What to Expect
We know you have a lot of questions-some spoken;
some not. We are here to answer ALL of them.
The spoken questions are easy:
Q: " Where do you photograph?"
A: In studio and all over the state of New Mexico
Q: "When do you take appointments?"
A: We are open by appointment 7 days a week.
Q: How does the process work?
A: It all starts with a phone call to 505-293-2724.
We discuss your session in depth and set up an appointment.
At the session or anytime afterwards, we set up a screening, either in our studio theater or via Zoom, where we'll pick out your favorite images and go over all the print options available, including social media copies. Once the order is placed, we get to work. Each image is a custom product-- hand finished to meet Frank's exact specifications before it is printed. When your order is completed, we give you a call.
Q: "What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate for my outdoor session? Do I lose my retainer fee?"
A: Never. All of our photography sessions are pre-paid with a retainer, but if Mother Nature forces you to move the appointment to another day, we simply apply the full retainer amount toward the rescheduled session.
The unspoken questions, well, all have them. And they are just as important, if not more so, than the spoken.
And you bet, we can answer those, too:
"Can you tell I'm nervous?"
We understand. You don't do this everyday. But we DO, and promise to put you at ease. In fact, one of the things we hear most after a session is: "You know what, this was really fun!"
"I love your work, but what if I"m unhappy with my pictures?
We're not happy unless YOU are happy, which is why all of our photography comes with a "You're-gonna-love-these" guarantee. If you are unhappy, we will redo the session at no charge or refund you completely; that's how sure we are that together, we'll create images you will love.
"Will you make me glad I picked you?"
Everything we do is client centered. We know that might not sound very "artist-like," but it is the core of what we do. We exist to create images that show off the beauty of this wonderful, messy, brilliant thing called LIFE.
