Families are a lot like butter in a hot pan or a toddler sleeping in your bed…they tend to spread out. Different cities, states, even continents-life has a habit of separating us as we grow.
And because it’s rare for every member of a large family to live in the same place at the same time, you have to take advantage of the times you are together with a photograph. (You knew I was going to say that, didn’t you?) After all, you never know when you’ll next be altogether.
We get called quite a bit to photograph families who have chosen New Mexico as their gathering place. From reunions to birthdays to anniversaries, from hotels to homes to bed-n-breakfasts, we never know what we’re going to find. But it doesn’t really matter…
The important thing is being together as a family, so you just get everyone together and we’ll take care of the rest.
