As a photographer, Frank is often called on to photograph sessions out of town. It could be as far away as Hawaii or Maine, or as close as Santa Fe. The wonderful thing about these types of shoots, is Frank never knows what he’s going to find. As much as we like to consult with clients face to face beforehand, we realize that people lead busy lives and sometimes that’s not a possibility.

So, when Frank drove out to Angel Fire several Sundays ago to photograph new clients, Kriss and Lisa, he had no idea what to expect. When I think of a house in Angel Fire, I think cabin. You know, rustic and mountain-like. There was nothing cabin-like about Kriss and Lisa’s house. Situated on a huge parcel of land generations old, Lisa and Kriss built an amazing home filled with incredible antiques and old-world charm. No detail had been spared. And to make it even more perfect, this sparkling gem of a house is located on an amazing property with stellar views. Being a photographer in this environment is akin to a kid in a candy shop-and yet all this beauty paled in comparison to the family living in it.

Kriss and Lisa gave Frank the tour and then they set out to create some incredible photographs just bursting with color and warmth. Just like their family!
